How to Connect Your Tanda Account to Myaccountant for Payroll Integration

Learn how to securely connect your Tanda account to Myaccountant so you can import employee records and approved timesheets directly into payroll. This guide walks you through the integration setup step-by-step.
Why Connect Tanda to Myaccountant?
Integrating Tanda with Myaccountant lets you:
- Automatically import employee data
- Pull in approved timesheets for faster pay run processing
- Reduce manual data entry and payroll errors
Step-by-Step: Connect Your Tanda Account
- Open the Integrations Page
- Click on the top-right corner menu (three-dot icon).
- Select Integrations from the dropdown menu.
- Find the Tanda Integration Card
- On the Integrations page, locate the Tanda card.
- Click “REgister”
- Click the Register button on the Tanda card.
- Authorise the Integration
- A pop-up will appear asking for confirmation to connect Tanda.
- You’ll be redirected to Tanda’s login screen (if not already logged in).
- Enter your Tanda credentials and authorise the connection.
- Confirmation
- Once successful, you’ll be redirected back to Myaccountant.
- The Tanda card will now display a “Connected” status.
Integration Complete — What’s Next?
Once connected, you can:
- Import Employees from Tanda
- Import Timesheets from Tanda
Make sure your Tanda data (e.g. award rules and pay conditions) are up to date to ensure smooth sync and correct payroll calculations.
Useful Tips
- Only approved timesheets in Tanda will be available for import.
- If needed, you can disconnect and reconnect your Tanda account at any time via the same Integration page.
- If employee or timesheet data doesn’t appear in Myaccountant, click Update on the Tanda card.
