How to Check Your Leave and Entitlements

Overview

You can easily check your leave balances and entitlements from your employee account.

Here’s how to view them by year

  1. Log into your Myaccountant employee account.
  2. You'll land on the MyPayroll screen by default.
  3. At the top, you’ll see your employer’s name in a dropdown menu.
    • If you're linked to just one employer, it will be selected automatically.
  4. In the left-hand side menu, click on Leave Balance.
  5. Use the year filter to view your entitlements for a specific year.

You’ll now see a summary of your available leave types and how much balance you have for annual leave and personal leave.

Useful Tips :

  • Balances are updated automatically after each pay run.
  • If something doesn’t look right, contact your employer or payroll administrator.
  • Make sure you’re checking the correct year using the filter.
