How to Log In to Your Employee Account

Overview

This guide helps you log in to your Myaccountant employee account for the first time. You’ll need the welcome email and a verification code to access your account.

  1. Check your email inbox (including your spam or junk folder) for a welcome email from Myaccountant.
  2. If you haven't received the email, please contact your employer to resend the invite.
  3. Once you have your login details, go to the Myaccountant login page and enter your credentials.
  4. After logging in, a 6-digit verification code will be sent to your registered email address.
  5. Enter this code to verify your identity and access your account.

Useful Tips

  • Make sure you're using the email address your employer registered.
  • Verification codes expire after a short time — if it doesn’t work, request a new one.
  • If you’re still unable to log in, ask your employer to check your access settings or contact support.
