How to Log In to Your Employee Account
Overview
This guide helps you log in to your Myaccountant employee account for the first time. You’ll need the welcome email and a verification code to access your account.
- Check your email inbox (including your spam or junk folder) for a welcome email from Myaccountant.
- If you haven't received the email, please contact your employer to resend the invite.
- Once you have your login details, go to the Myaccountant login page and enter your credentials.
- After logging in, a 6-digit verification code will be sent to your registered email address.
- Enter this code to verify your identity and access your account.

- Make sure you're using the email address your employer registered.
- Verification codes expire after a short time — if it doesn’t work, request a new one.
- If you’re still unable to log in, ask your employer to check your access settings or contact support.
