What to Do If Your Account Is Locked

If you've entered the wrong password multiple times, your Myaccountant account may be locked. Here’s how to quickly get access back.

If you enter the wrong password 5 times, your account will automatically be locked for security reasons.

To unlock your account:

  1. Contact our support team via:
    • Online chat ( bottom right corner of the website), or
    • Email at support@myaccountant.com.au  
  2. Let us know your registered email address and that your account has been locked.
  3. Our team will verify your details and help unlock your account promptly.
