Connecting Your Xero Account to Myaccountant
Step-by-Step: How to Connect Xero to Myaccountant
Open the Integrations Page
1. - Click the top-right corner menu in your Myaccountant dashboard.
- Select Integrations from the dropdown.

Start the Xero Connection
2. - Locate the Xero integration card.
- Click the Connect button.

3. - In the confirmation popup, click Yes to proceed.

Log in to Your Xero Account
4. - You’ll be redirected to the Xero login page.
- Enter your Xero login credentials and sign in.

Allow Access and Select Your Business
5. - If you manage multiple businesses in Xero, select the business you want to link.
- Click the Allow access button to authorize the connection.

Confirm Connection in Myaccountant
6. - After granting access, you'll be redirected back to Myaccountant.
- On the Integrations page, the Xero card will now show a Connected status.

Xero Integration Complete
7. Your Xero account is now connected to Myaccountant. You can now import employee data, map payroll accounts, and export journals for seamless payroll processing.
