How to import Employees from Xero

Step-by-Step: Import Employees from Xero
Open the Employees Section
1. - In the side menu, go to Payroll > Employees.

2. On the Employees page, click the Options button (top-right corner). From the dropdown menu, select Import Employees from Xero.

Start the Import
3. A pop-up will appear. Click Start Import to begin importing employee data from your connected Xero account.

4. Once the import is complete, a confirmation message will display the number of employees successfully imported.
Click OK to finish.

Check Employee List
5. The imported employees will now appear in your Employees list.
