Removing a Saved Payment Method
Overview
You can remove a saved credit card or bank account from your Myaccountant billing settings. This article explains how — and what to do if you run into issues.
- Click the menu icon (three dots) in the top-right corner and select Plans and Billing.
- In the Payment Details section, locate the payment method you want to remove.
- Click the Delete (trash can) icon next to it.
- A confirmation pop-up will appear — click Yes to proceed.
- If you see an error message saying the payment method can’t be deleted, it’s likely because you have an active subscription linked to it.

Useful tips :
- You must have no active subscriptions to delete your only saved payment method.
- To continue using Myaccountant, make sure another valid payment method is added before deleting the current one.
- Reach out to support if you're unsure which subscriptions are active
