How to Email Payslips to Employees
Overview
This article explains how to email payslips to all or selected employees after processing a pay run in Myaccountant. Send payslips securely to employee emails with just a few clicks.
Step-by-Step Instructions
- Go to the Pay Run
- In the left-hand menu, click Payroll > PayRuns.
- Open the pay run you want to send payslips for.
- Email Payslips to All Employees
- On the pay run page, click the Mail icon button at the top.
- A confirmation pop-up will appear. Click Yes to confirm.
- Myaccountant will send an email with the payslip attached to all employees in that pay run, using the email addresses listed in their profiles.
Each employee will receive their individual payslip as a PDF attachment.
- Email Payslip to a Single Employee
- In the pay run list, find the employee you want to email.
- Click the three-dot menu in the employee’s row.
- Select Email Payslip.
This will send a payslip only to that employee’s registered email.
Tips:
- Make sure each employee’s email is correctly entered in their employee profile before sending.
- Payslips are only available to email after the pay run is finalised.
- You can resend individual payslips at any time using the same steps.
